As per the order from DME to The Dean(TMCH), All the faculty members working in the delartment of anaesthesia are requested to submit the MCI form B with all the necessary documents and form 16 without full up the date, on MONDAY(17.03.2014) by 11 am without fail.
For residents: Please fill up the address as like residing in the quarters.
